Terms of delivery and payment


Acknowledgement of order

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement by e-mail.

If you order more than 10 products, please contact us directly at shop@gaea.fi and we will agree upon the delivery and expenses separately.

Date of delivery

Delivery will take place within an average of 2-7 weekdays from the date on which we have received your order (cash on delivery) or the payment has been entered in our account (advance payment).

If a product is temporarily out of stock or it is no longer in production, we will send you a notification by e-mail.

If you order products in advance, they will be delivered immediately after the products are in stock.

Terms of payment

All prices include VAT 22% (VAT 0% for charges for cash on delivery (3.55 €)). You can select advance payment or cash on delivery. For international deliveries, advance payment is the only payment method available. Advance payment is also the cheapest way to order. For cash on deliveries, a charge of €3.55/order is added to the price of the package. Please remember to use the reference number when paying the invoice.

For international deliveries, please use the IBAN and SWIFT codes. They are included in the invoice to be sent to you by e-mail after we have processed your order.

Delivery costs

Deliveries in Finland

Delivery costs are determined according to the weight and size of the package. Examples:

Note!! If your order contains LPs or posters (and your order amounts to a maximum of 10 products), the delivery price will always be €5.40 because of the package used.

International deliveries

The delivery price varies according to the country (European countries, non-European countries) and the weight of the package. Examples:

Note!! If your order contains LPs or posters (and the total order amounts to a maximum of 10 products), the delivery price will always be €7.30 (Europe) or €15.00 (other regions) because of the package used.

Returned products / failures in delivery

The customer must pay all postal charges for returned products.

If a delivery contains an incorrect or a damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us immediately after receiving a damaged product.

All returned products are to be sent to the address below. Add “PRODUCT RETURN” to the envelope.

Tilausvahvistus

Kun olemme vastaanottaneet tilauksesi, saat meiltä tilausvahvistuksen sähköpostitse.

Mikäli tilaat yli 10 tuotetta, ota yhteyttä suoraan meihin shop@gaea.fi ja sovimme toimituksen ja kulut tapauskohtaisesti.

Toimitusaika

Toimitusaika on keskimäärin 2 - 7 arkipäivää siitä, kun olemme vastaanottaneet tilauksen (postiennakko) tai kun maksu on kirjautunut tilillemme (ennakkomaksu).

Mikäli tuote on tilapäisesti loppu tai sitä ei enää valmisteta ilmoitamme asiasta sähköpostilla.

Jos tilaat tuotteita ennakkoon toimitetaan ne heti tuotteiden ollessa varastossamme.

Maksuehdot

Kaikki hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron 22% (paitsi postiennakkomaksu ALV 0% (3,55 €)). Valittavanasi on ennakkomaksu tai postiennakko. Tilattaessa ulkomaille maksutapana ainoa maksutapa on ennakkomaksu. Halvin tapa tilata on ennakkomaksu. Postiennakolla tilattaessa paketin hintaan lisätään postiennakkomaksu 3,55 € / tilaus. Muistathan käyttää viitenumeroa maksaessasi laskua.

Ulkomaille tilattaessa käytä IBAN- ja SWIFT-koodeja. Ne löytyvät laskussa, jonka lähetämme sähköpostitse käsiteltyämme tilauksen.

Toimituskulut

Toimitukset kotimaassa

Toimituskulut määräytyvät painon ja pakkauksen koon mukaan. Esimerkkejä:

Huom!! Mikäli tilauksesi sisältää vinyylejä tai julisteita (ja kokonaistilausmäärä on enintään 10 tuotetta) tulee toimitushinnaksi aina 5,40 € johtuen pakkauksesta.

Toimitukset ulkomaille

Toimituksen hinta vaihtelee maakohtaisesti (EU-maat, muu maailma) ja pakkauksen painon mukaan. Esimerkkejä:

Palautukset / toimitusvirheet

Tuotepalautuksissa tilaaja maksaa palautuksen postimaksut.

Jos lähetyksessä on väärä tai viallinen tuote vaihdamme sen maksutta uuteen. Ilmoitathan virheestä heti lähetyksen saavuttua.

Palautukset lähetetään alla olevaan osoitteeseen. Merkitse kuoreen “PALAUTUS”
